When you connect your social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to Content Factory ("the Service", "Content Factory"), we collect and store your account identifiers, access tokens, and public profile information necessary to provide automation features.

We also collect comments, messages, and interaction data from your connected accounts solely for the purpose of keyword-based automation you configure.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide comment monitoring and automated DM responses based on your keyword rules
• To publish video content to your connected social media accounts
• To display interaction analytics in your dashboard
• To maintain and improve the service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on our self-hosted servers located in Europe. Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We interact with the following platforms through their official APIs: Instagram (Meta), TikTok, YouTube (Google). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective privacy policies.

5. Data Deletion

You can disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the dashboard. Upon disconnection, we delete all stored tokens and associated data within 30 days. To request complete data deletion, contact us at the email below.
